Shipping times and methods
Packages are usually shipped within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment.
All shipments are made via express courier with traceable shipping.
In the event that the package arrives in obviously damaged conditions, we ask you not to accept the delivery or to accept it with reservation, so that we can open a complaint procedure. If the package is accepted with reservation we ask you to photograph the conditions of the closed package externally and internally in order to demonstrate the damage.

National shipments
from 0 to 3 kg – €4.20 + VAT
from 3 to 5 kg – €5.00 + VAT
from 5 to 10 kg – €7.00 + VAT (Sardinia 40% surcharge)
from 10 to 24 kg – €10.00 + VAT (Sardinia 40% surcharge)
The exceptions are the smaller islands and Venice which have a supplement of €8 + VAT compared to the basic rate.
