To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, a written communication in which the intention to withdraw from the purchase is expressed.
The only costs required are those for returning the product.
The right of withdrawal is completely lost if the returned product is not intact, in its original conditions or after 10 days. from receipt.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal.
It is sufficient to send us a communication via email to info@emmegicasting.com indicating the order number in the subject, indicating a correct reason for the withdrawal and, if necessary, attaching photos or videos of the product.
Use a courier of your choice, entrusting them with the carefully packaged package complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
Inure the shipment against theft and damage during transport and bear the related costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, we reserve the right to charge any damages suffered withholding them from the sums to be refunded. Please indicate your bank details so that we can credit the amount by bank transfer, this will be done within a period not exceeding 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
